Alan Gudeta
Attorney Alan is a dedicated advocate committed to delivering legal services with integrity and passion to individuals and families throughout the United States, especially in the DMV area. With a B.A. in Political Science and International Relations from Addis Ababa University, he came to the United States pursuing his legal education and enrolled at New England Law in Boston, Massachusetts, where he earned his Juris Doctor. While in law school, he trained at the Harvard Immigration and Refugee Clinic, where he worked on complex asylum, removal defense, and family-based immigration matters. This intensive, hands-on experience with one of the nation’s preeminent immigration clinics laid the foundation for his deep knowledge of U.S. immigration law and continues to shape his strategic, client-centered advocacy.k.
After graduation, Attorney Alan opened his own solo practice in Maryland, where he has proudly served the community for over 15 years. Over the years, he has built one of the leading law firms in the DMV, known for personalized attention, thorough preparation, and steadfast advocacy. He is admitted to practice law in Maryland, Washington, D.C., and New Jersey, and remains actively engaged in the legal community and in staying current with changes in the law.
Today, Attorney Alan focuses his practice on immigration law, personal injury, family law, criminal defense, contracts, business incorporation, and work-related injury matters, offering clients comprehensive representation across multiple areas that affect their lives and livelihoods.
